This policy explains what we collect when you join the Plantrum waitlist, why we collect it, and how you stay in control.
What we collect
When you join early access we collect your name, email address, country, the type of phone you use, the plant problems you describe, the help you’d like from Plantrum, and your marketing preferences.
We also record basic context about how you reached us — the page and button you used, referring website, campaign parameters in the link you followed, the language you are browsing in, and, where available, your country-level region.
How we use it
We use your answers to shape Plantrum around real plant-care problems, to contact you about early access, and — only where you’ve agreed — to send product updates and launch news.
We do not sell your information or use it for advertising profiling.
Language and region
To offer the site in your preferred language we check the country your connection appears to come from. We never ask for GPS or precise location, and we do not store your IP address in our waitlist records. Your language choice is saved in your own browser.
Where it’s stored
Waitlist submissions are delivered through our form provider, Formspree, and stored securely in our email and waitlist records. Access is limited to the Plantrum team.
Your choices
Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your details at any time by emailing hello@plantrum.app.
Retention
We keep waitlist information until Plantrum launches and for a reasonable period afterwards, or until you ask us to remove it.
